Multilevel Cognitive & Agility Training with Gloria
Today’s session was structured as a multi-layered progression. We integrated traditional agility drills with scanning and go/no-go elements, ensuring the athlete remained 100% engaged without dropping their head or losing focus. As proficiency increased, we pushed the limits by reducing delay times and increasing the tempo.
We specifically measured and targeted reaction time, incorporating minor distractions to simulate real-match environments. The session concluded with dedicated work on balance, core stability, and hand-eye coordination, serving as a high-performance foundation for our future training blocks.

For recreational players, Padel is as much a mental game as it is physical. We focused on cognitive drills designed to speed up decision-making under pressure. By integrating scanning techniques, we helped the player read the court better and choose the right shot at the right time.
